and software. You will spend less time maintaining and managing your entry and
exit points and recording your employees’ attendance. This networked system
allows you to easily control employees’ access and maintains detailed audit
trail records of their activities in a single location. The system is cost
efficient and is ideal for small to midsize companies that want focus on their
core competencies rather than maintaining security access.
ACTIMES’ software is simple to use letting you add/delete users to any access
point on your network. The personnel information management features makes it
convenient for you to control when and where each personnel can have access and
to what extent is their access level. It easily let you select the authority
level settings for greater security control There is a detailed reporting
feature that allows you to track all entry activities.
The system accepts the security industry standard Wiegand format input.
Therefore, you can use with magnetic, proximity, or vicinity readers. The reader
and controller fit neatly in a small package letting you mount it in a single
location. For higher security, the controller could be detached and installed at
a different location. This system comes with an RS-232 (optional RS-485)
interface from the controller to your computer letting you upload or download
data directly to the controller. Each controller is capable of holding up to
2000 users and maintains 4000 activities records. There is an optional real-time
clock letting you use as a time and attendance system.
